Buy Belize Real Estate is a Belize MLS for property offered for sale or rent. Agents and owners are responsible for the accuracy of listings they submit, including price, status, photos, and legal description. Listings may be held in Under Review until staff validate them.

Status must follow the published workflow (Active → Pending → Sold or leased, with Withdrawn and Expired available). Members must follow the site guidelines. Standing badges may be removed if those rules are broken.

Publishing a listing as Active authorizes Buy Belize Real Estate to promulgate that listing on our Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp channels, including headline, price or rent, location, photos, and a link back to this MLS. Property videos you upload may also be published on the Buy Belize Real Estate YouTube channel (@BuyBelizeRealEstate) and on the video tours page of this site. You must own the rights to any video you submit and confirm it shows the listed property.
