Licensed agent
Your photo, name, and direct line are primary. The brokerage appears only as small “with …” text.
For Sale By Owner
List your own property for sale or rent. Cards show an FSBO badge and that there is no licensed brokerage.
Unlicensed lister
List for yourself or someone else without a license. Buyers see a clear “not a licensed agent” label.
- Belize coordinates, required photos, beds/baths for homes, acres for land.
- Mark owner financing when the seller will consider terms.
- Mark Foreclosure for bank, lender, or court-ordered sales listed as-is.
- New listings go to Under Review. Agent and owner accounts wait for staff approval before they can publish.
- Once Active, the listing is promulgated to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Upload walkthrough videos with the listing. Active tours play on /videos and are sent to the Buy Belize Real Estate YouTube channel (@BuyBelizeRealEstate).
