Buy Belize Real Estate (“we”) operates this Belize MLS so buyers, tenants, agents, and owners can find and list property. This policy describes the information we collect to run the site.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, role), listing data you submit, inquiries you send, saved searches and favorites, and — only with consent — first-party analytics events (page views, listing views).

Marketing consent

We do not use marketing cookies unless you opt in. Consent is stored with a timestamp. You can choose “Necessary only” on the cookie banner.

Sharing

Inquiries are delivered to the listing agent or owner you contacted. We do not sell buyer lists.

When a listing is published as Active, we promulgate it to our Buy Belize Real Estate channels on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and YouTube (@BuyBelizeRealEstate) so the same inventory reaches buyers where they already look. Those posts include the listing headline, price or rent, location, photos or video tours you uploaded, and a link back to this MLS. We do not post your account password or private inquiry messages to social networks.
