Members marked Verified · Good standing have been reviewed by Buy Belize Real Estate and agree to these rules. The badge appears on agent profiles and listings so buyers can see who has met that bar.

1. List only property you are authorized to offer, with photos and facts you can stand behind.
2. Keep status current — active, pending, sold, or leased — and do not leave stale inventory public.
3. Identify yourself clearly. Licensed agents, owners, and unlicensed private listers must not impersonate one another.
4. Answer inquiries in good faith. Do not harvest contacts for unrelated marketing.
5. No discriminatory language, misleading prices, or photos or videos that are not of the listed property.
6. Owner financing, if offered, must be described honestly, including that terms are subject to qualification.
7. Rental listings are for genuine tenancies. Do not use this site as a short-term booking engine unless the listing says so.
