Member agreement

How we use this MLS together:

• Be honest. Photos, price, and status must match the property, and you must be allowed to offer it.
• When a listing is Active, we share it on our Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and YouTube so buyers can find it.
• Buyers can save searches and write to the person on the listing. We do not sell buyer lists.
• Listing alerts are optional — tick the marketing box only if you want those emails.
